# Instagram feed

The **Instagram feed** block shows your Instagram posts on the page. StoryPress supports several feed providers; you choose one and paste the embed code or configure the options it provides.

***

## What you can do

* Choose a **feed service**: **Juicer**, **Mirror App**, or **Elfsight**.
* Add an optional **heading** (rich text) and **background** for the block.
* Use a **card** layout so the feed sits in a card-style container.
* For each service, you'll set the options that service needs (e.g. embed code, posts per page, height).

## Feed services

| Service        | What to configure                                                                                                 |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Juicer** | **Embed code** from Juicer, and optionally **Posts per page** (when the feed is a slider, only one page is used). |
| **Mirror App** | **Embed code** and optional **Height** for the embed. |
| **Elfsight** | **Embed code** from Elfsight. |

Get the embed code from the provider's dashboard (Juicer.io, Mirror App, or Elfsight), then paste it into the corresponding field in StoryPress.

## Main options

| Option           | Description                                         |
| ---------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **Feed service** | Juicer, Mirror App, or Elfsight. |
| **Heading** | Optional rich-text block above the feed. |
| **Background** | Optional background block behind the whole section. |
| **Card** | When on, the feed is shown inside a card container. |
| **Juicer** | Embed code, posts per page. |
| **Mirror App** | Embed code, height. |
| **Elfsight**     | Embed code.                                         |

## Tips

* If the feed doesn't appear, check that the **embed code** is correct and that the provider account is connected and public (if required).
* **Posts per page** (Juicer) only affects non-slider layouts; for a slider you get one page of posts.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://storypress.gitbook.io/storypress-docs/content-blocks/instagram-feed.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
